  If the Horizon Fitness Power Tool sheets are folded correctly, but the staples are not on the folding line, it might be that the staple and fold stopper or the stopper in the fold section is not positioned correctly. To resolve this, adjust either the staple and fold stopper or the stopper in the fold section position using the staple and fold position adjust pulley.

  If the Horizon Fitness Power Tool sheets are not jogged neatly, it could be due to a skewed jog guide or jog plate. Adjust the jog guide (F) and jog guide (R) so that they are parallel with the front frame and rear frame respectively, using adjust bolts A and B. Alternatively, a skewed staple & fold stopper could be the cause; adjust the staple & fold stopper so that it is parallel with the sheets using adjust bolts Cs. Finally, a skewed jog plate may be the issue; adjust the jog plate so that it is parallel with the sheets using adjust bolt D.

  If the Horizon Fitness Power Tool sheets are folded correctly, but the staples are skewed, it indicates the staple unit is skewed against the sheets. To fix this, adjust staple positions by moving the staple unit base.

  If the folding isn't skewed, but the result of folding is not aligned with your Horizon Fitness Power Tool, the position of the staple & fold stopper indicator, jog indicator, staple & fold stopper unit, and jog unit might not be correct. You can move the staple & fold stopper indicator or replace the scale, or move the jog indicator or replace the scale.

  If the Horizon Fitness Power Tool sheets are not folded correctly, it may be because the sheets are not cut exactly square. Fold the sheet by hand to verify if the sheets are cut exactly square. Another potential reason is that the stopper in the fold section is skewed. Measure the length of L1 and L2 of ejected sheets as shown in the drawing.
