Mark the base profile to the desired length for cutting using a measuring tape and pencil.
Use a metal saw and mitre box to cut the base profile to the precise, marked size.
Smooth any rough edges or burrs on the cut profile using sandpaper or a Stanley knife.
Remove guider blocks and components like the clicker and brushes from the pull bar.
Measure and mark the pull bar for equal shortening on both sides to maintain cord alignment.
Cut the mesh material to the correct size, ensuring proportionality with the pull bar.
Place the upper strip of mesh/blind into the corner piece chamber after shortening side profiles.
Connect the corner piece to the base profile, ensuring correct alignment in the chambers.
Insert the cord tensioners into their designated positions in both side profiles.
Screw down the corner pieces on the back side using screws to firmly attach profiles.
Adjust cord tensioners using an Allen key to ensure the mesh/blind is taut and correctly positioned.
Fasten the Duo Plisse to the caravan window using screws, ensuring cords are not damaged.
Place the provided covers over the screw holes in the corner pieces for a finished look.
