“SIDEKICK” Passive Direct Box for Guitar
& Bass
Hosa’s new DIB-443 “SIDEKICK” Passive Direct Box utilizes
a high-quality isolation transformer to change a guitar’s very
high-impedance output into a low-impedance output suitable
for sending long distances via microphone cable or stage
snake. Imparts a slight gain to your signal (gain is a good
thing), that is useful and very musical.
Extras include a Hi-Z output for sending to an on-stage amp,
Ground Lift (for stopping buzz and hum), and an Instrument/
Speaker switch to choose either direct input from the gui-
tar, or amplified input from the guitar amp! NO BATTERY
REQUIRED.
