41) control the temperature indicated by the thermometer inserted in the reaction plate which
should show 42,0 °C ± 0,2 °. Regulate the trimmer P3 of the CPU board rotating it in
anticlockwise if the temperature is read is inferior or in clockwise if the temperature is superior.
42) control the temperature indicated by the thermometer positioned into the false flow cell
which should be of 38,0 °C ± 0,2 °C. Regulate the trimmer P4 of the CPU board rotating it in
anticlockwise if the read temperature is inferior or in clockwise if it is superior.
