03 Common Faults and Troubleshooting
Maintenance
• Do not keep the product in a high-temperature and high-
humidity environment for a long time. If the product is to be
idle for a long time, please keep it in an environment with
room temperature and normal humidity, and charge the
product once every six months.
• Keep the product surface clean. Wipe the product surface
with a wet and soft cloth. Do not clean the product with
corrosive cleaner.
Precautions:
• Charge before rst use as the product is not fully charged
before leaving the
factory.
•

• After use, do not forcibly pull out the leftover glue stick,
otherwise, the product may be damaged.
• If the product has been idle for a long time and the state
indicator light does not work properly during charging, please
still charge the product for 30 minutes and see if it works
properly.
• If not in use, stand the product.
• This product shall be used with 7mm glue sticks only (HOTO
hot melt glue sticks are preferred).
• When the product is discarded, its battery must be removed
by a professional and disposed of safely.
