3Press Enter.
1:Speed Dial will display.
4Press 2.
2:Broadcast List will display.
5Press Enter.
Entry(01-30):01 will display.
6 Enter the number you want to assign to this person (01-30) and press
Enter.
Tip!
Enter the leading zero. For number 3, enter 03.
7 Enter the fax number and press Enter.
8 Repeat Steps 2–7 for each person on the list.
9Press Cancel repeatedly to exit the menus.
To print the Broadcast List, go to Print Reports and print report 4. See
“Printing Reports” on page 43.
Note:
You cannot delete the entire Broadcast List at once. You can delete
individual entries using 3:Delete Entry under Set Speed Dials.
