1.8.11 Suspend all jobs owned by a user
Using the Clusterware Pro V5.1 CLI:
All of a user's jobs can be suspended using the special 0 job id:
% bstop -u <userid> 0
Users can suspend their own jobs. Queue administrators can suspend jobs associated with a
articular queue.
