SHORT, LOAD correction for correcting the stray admittance, the
residual imp edance, and the other errors can be performed, and also
the cable length can b e selected. The correction function has two
kinds of correction metho ds. In one metho d the op en and short
correction can b e performed at all of the frequency points using the
interpolation metho d, and in the other method the op en, short, and
load correction can b e p erformed at the frequency points you specify.
