4 Remove the eight screws holding
the board in place, and set them
aside.
5 Slide out the formatter board and
set it on a clean, flat, grounded
surface.
6 Release the locks on each side of
the DIMM slot.
7 Remove the DIMM from the
antistatic package. Locate the
alignment notches on the bottom
edge of the DIMM.
