arrays for channels 1 and 2:
OUTPIPMCLl Channel 1.
OUTPIPMCL2 ChaMel2.
OUTPKEY Outputs the key code of the last key
pressed. An invalid key is reported with a
63, a knob turn with a - 1. See Figure l-6
for the front-panel key codes.
