4 Cable Connections
AC Input Power
The HP 9000 rp3410 server has one power supply unit (PSU) installed in the front of the server. The HP 9000
rp3440 server comes with two PSUs installed in the front of the server. Each PSU has one AC input connector
at the rear of the server. The input for each connector is rated for 100 to 240 VAC at 13 amps.
WARNING Ensure that the system is powered-down and all power sources have been
disconnected from the server prior to removing or replacing a removable media
drive.
Voltages are present at various locations within the server whenever an AC power
source is connected. This voltage is present even when the main power switch is in
the off position.
Failure to observe this warning could result in personal injury or damage to
equipment.
