HP device management tools
HP ToolboxFX For both direct and network connections, HP Toolbox FX is a series of web pages and supporting
Windows-based software that provides a single access point to configure settings, check status, view
troubleshooting information, and set alerts.
HP Web Jetadmin For IT and help desk professionals—manage fleets of peripherals.
HP Web Jetadmin is a Web-based fleet management solution for remotely discovering, installing,
monitoring, and troubleshooting network connected MFPs. HP Web Jetadmin also provides usage and
assessment reporting functionality and can discover and report on devices directly connected to PCs on the

HP Embedded Web
Server
For IT and help desk professionals—manage an individual device.
The HP Embedded Web Server allows you to view device and network status and to manage printing
functions from your computer through a standard Web browser, instead of from the MFP control panel. This
tool is available when the MFP is connected to a network via the built-in print server.
