How do I? Steps to perform
Load letterhead or preprinted paper the same way for every job,
whether printing on one or both sides of the page.
Print on letterhead and preprinted

Load tray 1
Place the media into tray 1 with the side to be printed on face-up
and the top toward the product.
Load tray 3 or 4
Place the paper in the tray and make sure that it is flat at all four
corners. Slide the paper length and width guides so that they are
against the stack of paper.
1 Open the printer driver and click the Advanced tab.
2 Open the Document Options section, and then open the
Printer Features section.
3 In the Alternative Letterhead Mode drop-down list, select
On
.
4 Click OK.
