Clear jams from under the top cover (M680)
Use the following procedure to check for paper under the top cover. When a jam occurs, the control panel
displays an animation that assists in clearing the jam.
1. Pull the top-cover-release lever forward, and
then lift the top cover up.
2. Remove any jammed paper.
CAUTION: Do not touch the foam rollers that
are under the top cover. Contaminants can affect
print quality.
3. Close the top cover.
