Clear jams from the input tray
A Jam in tray 1. Clear Jam and press [OK] message displays on the product control panel.
1. Remove the dust cover from the tray.
2. Remove the stack of paper from the input tray.
3. Remove any jammed paper visible in the input tray area. Use
both hands to remove jammed paper to avoid tearing the
paper.
