d. Press down to release the printhead from the carriage.
e. Remove the printhead that you want to replace from its slot.
3. Insert a new printhead.
a. Remove the printhead from the packaging.
b. Remove the plug from top of the printhead and the plastic tape from contacts.
NOTE: Do not touch the electrical contacts on the printhead.
