Billing Codes Enable Billing Codes O

When billing codes are
enabled, a prompt
displays that asks the
user to enter the
billing code for an
outgoing fax. This
prompt does not
appear if the Allow
users to edit billing
codes check box is not
checked.
You can also use the
billing codes report in
the Reports menu to
view the list of the
billing codes that have
been used for faxes
that have been sent
from the product. The
list is grouped by
billing code and also
shows fax details. This
feature can be used
for billing or usage
tracking.
Default Billing Code Specify a default
billing code for faxing.
If you specify a default
billing code, this code
displays in the Billing
Code eld when the
user sends an
outgoing fax. If this
eld is blank, no
default billing code is
provided for the user.
Minimum Length Range: 1 – 16
Default = 1
Specify the required
length of the billing
code. Billing codes can
be between 1 and 16
characters long.
