5. Use the down arrow and right arrow buttons to scroll to Print, and then press the OK button to print
the pages.
TIP: Multiple report pages can be selected, and then printed together.

View or print the event log from a touchscreen control panel
1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe (right), and then touch the Support Tools
button.
2. Open the following menus:

Troubleshooting
●
Event log
3. The event log displays on the screen. Touch the Print button to print the log.
NOTE: Touch the Done button to return to the Troubleshooting menu.

1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, use the down arrow button to select the Print
menu.
2. Use the right arrow button to scroll to and select the Support Tools menu, and then press the OK
button.
3. Use the down arrow button to scroll to and select the Troubleshooting menu, and then press the OK
button.
4. Use the down arrow button to scroll to and select the Event log menu, and then press the OK button.
5. The event log displays on the screen. Use the left arrow or right arrow buttons to select the Print
item, and then press the OK button.
NOTE: Select the Done item to return to the Troubleshooting menu.
