Clear paper jams in the right door and fuser area (M631, M632, and M633)
Use the following procedure to clear paper jams in the right door, duplexer, and fuser area. When a jam
occurs, the control panel displays one of the following messages and an animation that assists in clearing the
jam.

13.B2.XX Jam in <cover or door>
●
13.B9.XX Jam in Fuser
●
13.FF.EE Door Open Jam
CAUTION: The fuser is hot while the printer is in use. Wait for the fuser to cool before clearing jams.
1. Open the right door.
2. Remove any jammed paper.
