Clear paper jams in the envelope feeder (M607, M608, and M609)
Use the following procedure to clear jams in the envelope feeder. When a jam occurs, the control panel
displays one of the following messages and an animation that assists in clearing the jam.

●
13.A4.XX Jam in Tray 4
1. Pull the tray completely out of the printer by
pulling and lifting it up slightly.
2. Remove any jammed or damaged envelopes from
the tray.
