INSTALL BLACK CARTRIDGE Printer can not detect presence of the
toner cartridge.
1. Try new cartridge.
2. Ensure the drum ground connector
(red wire on left-side of printer) is
connected.
10.XX.YY Printer can not read e-label information
from the toner cartridge.
Ensure genuine HP toner is installed in
the printer.

13.XX.YY Paper jam. Follow instructions provided
at the Control Panel.
Use known good media.
20 Insufficient Memory
21 Page too complex
Job too complex. Reduce job complexity or add more
memory.

printer expected.
Ensure media in the printer correctly
configured at the Control Panel and in
the Print Driver.
