Right or left ink cartridge light is on, Power light
is on.
Ink cartridge is low on ink. Right or Left ink
cartridge lights indicate whether the
problem is with the Tri-color or Black/Photo
ink cartridge.
You can continue to print, but you need to
replace the cartridge soon. For more
information, see
Replace the ink cartridges.
Right or left ink cartridge light blinks, Power light
blinks.
Tri-color or right ink cartridge needs
attention. Right or Left ink cartridge lights
indicate whether the problem is with the Tri-
color or Black/Photo ink cartridge.
Reinstall the ink cartridge and try to print. If
the error persists, replace the cartridge. For
more information, see
Replace the ink
cartridges.
Power light blinks, Resume light blinks. Media jam or carriage stall.
Clear the jammed paper. For more
information, see
Paper Jam. After clearing
the jam, press
(Resume button) to
continue the print job.
If no paper jam exists, press
(Resume
button). If this does not work, try turning the
printer off and then on again, and resend
the print job.
Power light is off, Resume light blinks. An unsupported USB device is connected to
the printer.

Power light is off, Resume light is on. An unsupported hub is connected to the
printer.

Power light blinks, Resume light blinks. After
pressing and holding the
(Cancel button) for
Service station stall. This can be caused by
several conditions, including:
•
Cartridge latches unsecured (left and
right cartridge lights on).
•
Paper jams.
Make sure all cartridge latches are secured
and no paper is jammed in the printer.
