2. Disconnect the battery cable (3) from the system board.
3. Remove the eight Phillips PM2.4×4.8 screws (1) that secure the middle frame to the tablet.
4. Lift the bottom edge of the middle frame (2) until the display panel cable zero insertion force (ZIF)
connector is accessible.
5. Release the ZIF connector (3) to which the display panel cable is attached, and then disconnect the
display panel cable from the display panel assembly.
