Figure 11 Connecting the Cables
To remove the optical drive:
1. Remove the screw that secures the optical drive carrier to the chassis.
2. Push the carrier toward the front of the unit.
3. Pull the carrier with optical drive out of the chassis.

To remove the optical drive from its carrier:
1. Remove the two screws that secure the optical drive to the carrier.
2. Remove the optical drive from its carrier.
