To install the component:
1. Power down the server (on page 20).
2. Extend the server from the rack (on page 20).
3. Remove the access panel (on page 22).
4. Remove the BBWC battery pack (on page 22).
5. Remove the air baffle (on page 23).
6. Remove the fan blank.
7. Install the fan module.
8. Remove the PCI riser board assembly (on page 24).
9. Remove expansion slot cover 2 from the PCI riser board assembly.
