The following section describes how to remove a processor liquid cooling unit.
Removing the liquid cooling unit
The following steps describe removal of a liquid cooling unit.
1. Disconnect power from the system (
Pre-disassembly procedures on page 55), and remove the
access panel (
Access panel on page 63). Place the workstation on its side with the system board
facing up.
2. Loosen the two liquid cooling unit/radiator mounting screws (1) from the liquid cooling unit.
Alternately and evenly loosen the two CPU 0 mounting screws (2).
