The following is only for keys that require widening as indicated on the
code card.
When widening, start at the first small mark for each space and, while
holding the depth crank, turn the lateral crank counter-clockwise from
the first small widening mark through the center mark and stopping at
the second small widening mark.
Do NOT move back clockwise!
