¾ The inspection condition of Newton ring:
a. Inspection distance: 30cm / Inspection time: 5 sec
b. Ambient illumination is to be 500-1000 Lux (Incandescent lamp)
c. Inspection should be performed under the condition that LCD screen could reflect the mirror image of
lamp.
d. The criteria of Newton ring’s tinges and measure of area must follow up the worst-case sample.
e. The area of Newton ring is smaller than 10 * 10 square mm.
