To shoot video
On the Home screen, click Start > All Programs >
Multimedia > Video Recorder.
Aim the phone at the subject.
Press the CENTER OK or CAMERA button to start capturing
video.
Press the CENTER OK or CAMERA button again to stop
recording video.

the Camera, refer to Chapter 10 of the User Manual PDF.
