  If the fan in your HTL Air Cleaner is running but the UV lamp indicator isn't lit, there could be a few reasons. First, check that the UV lamp is correctly installed in its holder. If it isn't, reinstall the UV lamp. If the lamp is properly installed, the UV lamp itself may be inoperative, requiring a replacement. Alternatively, the ECG (electronic ballast) might be faulty, and you would need to replace it.

  If the power indicator on your HTL Air Cleaner isn't lit, it's likely due to a faulty fuse. The solution is to replace the fuse.
