If there are multiple boot devices of the same type, you can configure the boot sequence. The
following uses PXE as an example. For details about setting other types of devices as boot
options, see the Huawei Server Purley Platform BIOS Parameter Reference.
Step 1 Choose Advanced > PXE Configuration, and press Enter.
NOTE
l The PXE Configuration screen provides configuration of up to four on-board network ports. The
default value is Enabled for PXE1, and PXE3, and Disabled for other network ports.
l The PXE settings for the I/O network card are also displayed.
The PXE Configuration screen is displayed, as shown in Figure 4-40.

Step 2 Select the network port to be configured and press Enter.
Step 3 Select Enabled in the displayed dialog box, and press Enter.
NOTE
To disable a network port, select Disabled and press Enter.

Set the BIOS password.
Step 1 Select Security.
The Security screen is displayed, as shown in Figure 4-41.
