Step 8 Take a spare flexible NIC out of its ESD bag.
Step 9 Use the Phillips screwdriver to install the NIC panel removed from the NIC to be replaced on
the new NIC.
Step 10 Push the NIC horizontally into the chassis to have the NIC connected to the connectors on the
mainboard. See (1) in Figure 5-59.
