The phone is not set to be visible after Bluetooth is turned on.
To solve this problem, touch Settings > All > Bluetooth. Touch the device name to set it
to be visible.

Pictures, audio files, videos, compressed files, contacts, and .apk files can be transmitted
using Bluetooth.
