2 Commissioning Guide Usage
● Verify that the congurations of various systems in the FusionDC1000 are
consistent with the initial
conguration tables.
● This manual describes how to perform power-on commissioning. For details
about drawings and initial conguration parameters required during
operations, see the appendix.
● Conduct power-on commissioning only after the hardware is installed for the
FusionDC1000 and the installation is
veried.
● Power-on commissioning for each specic system must be performed under
instructions by qualied engineers.
● The initial conguration parameters are essential to the reliable running of all
systems. Improper
modications of parameters may cause abnormal running
status, or even damage to systems.
● The initial parameters of the FusionDC1000 are
congured before delivery. For
details about how to modify the parameters, see the documents delivered
with the components and the actual solution
conguration.
● Prior to power-on commissioning, remove all the protective materials installed
for transporting the FusionDC1000, such as the protective pads for smart
cooling products and the securing tape for smoke and heat detectors.
● Before power-on commissioning, ensure that the aisle temperature is within
the normal range.
● Do not perform power-on commissioning during a thunderstorm.
● Verify that the upstream power supply is continuous during power-on
commissioning.
● Operations marked as optional in chapters, sections, or procedures can be
performed depending on the actual situation.
● The relevant party will be liable for any loss caused by unauthorized changes
to the initial
conguration parameters.
