4.3.2 Troubleshooting Display Faults
Most of the display problems are due to poor soldering of CN702. Re-soldering CN702 can solve a lot of
bad soldering problems. If CN702 is good soldering, we can try to replace LCD. If also has program, we
can measure each signal pin, it is suggested to correct repair the mobile phone by comparing the faulty
mobile phone with a good one and observing whether the voltage and other parameters are normal
during each measuring.
4.3.3 Maintenance Instances
Instance 1 :
Symptom: LCD had no display. The backlight and other relevant parameters were all normal.
Fault analysis: Measuring of the pins showed that the signals were normal.
Solution: Re-soldering LCD. The problem was removed.
