4.7 Wall Mounting
Precautions
Avoid drilling holes into the water pipes and power cables buried in the wall.
● To prevent dust inhalation or contact with eyes, wear safety goggles and a dust
mask when drilling holes.
● Use a vacuum cleaner to clean up dust in and around the holes, and measure
the spacing. If the holes are inaccurately positioned, drill the holes again.
● Level the top of the expansion sleeve with the concrete wall after removing the
bolt, spring washer, and at washer. Otherwise, the mounting bracket will not
be securely installed on the concrete wall.
Mounting Bracket Dimensions
Purchase the mounting bracket separately from the Company. The M12x60
stainless expansion bolts need to be purchased separately.
The mounting bracket of the Smart PCS has four groups of tapped holes, each
group containing four tapped holes. Mark any hole in each group based on site
requirements and mark four holes in total. The two round holes are
recommended.
