Scenario Command and Operation for MGCC and Devices
From on-grid to o-
grid (power failure
lasting for more than
10 minutes)
1. Turn o the on/o-grid switch.
2. On the SmartLogger WebUI, choose Monitoring >
Inverter > Running Param. > Feature Parameters
and set Microgrid compatibility to Enable.
3. Trigger black start on the MGCC. The system
automatically sets up the DC voltage and AC
voltage.
4. The MGCC sends a command to set Working mode
from PQ to VSG under Monitoring > PCS >
Running Param. > Feature Parameters.
5. The MGCC sends a command to start the ESS and
PCS.
6. The MGCC sends a command to start the SUN2000.
7. The MGCC sends a PV power scheduling command.
The PV active power percentage can be set to 100%.
From o-grid to on-
grid
1. The MGCC sends a command to shut down the
SUN2000.
2. The MGCC sends a command to shut down the ESS
and PCS.
3. Turn on the on/o-grid switch.
NOTICE
The on/o-grid switch must support interlocking to
prevent the PCS from being damaged after the power grid
recovers.
4. On the SmartLogger WebUI, choose Monitoring >
Inverter > Running Param. > Feature Parameters
and set Microgrid compatibility to Disable.
5. The MGCC sends a command to set Working mode
from VSG to PQ under Monitoring > PCS >
Running Param. > Feature Parameters.
6. The MGCC sends a command to start the ESS and
PCS.
7. The MGCC sends a command to start the SUN2000.
8. The MGCC sends PV and ESS power scheduling
commands.
