This feature is unavailable in some apps.
Open an app in the phone window on your laptop, for example, Notepad, and click on in
the window to display this app in a separate window. Alternatively, click and hold down on
the app icon, and click on Open in new window. You can then open an independent app
window, and open another app in the device window.
Some apps even adapt to the larger laptop screen and support a special large-window
display. The large-window display supports the following two modes during Multi-screen
Collaboration:
• Landscape large-window mode: Apps display in Landscape mode with a larger window
that shows you more content and a clearer view.
• App Multiplier mode: The app home screen displays in the centre of the laptop screen.
When you click on an item on the home screen, a new window will open and display
besides the app home screen, which makes it easier to read and browse.
The independent app window can be adjusted as follows:
• Resizing: Click on to shrink the window. Click on to expand the window. To adjust
the window size, move the cursor to any square corner of the app window, wait for to
display, hold down on the left mouse button, and drag the window as needed.
