Sharing files with Wi-Fi Direct
Use a Wi-Fi network to connect with wireless devices. Once connected, files can be quickly
shared.
1 In Home Screen, Settings → Wi-Fi → Wi-Fi ( )
･ Wi-Fi is enabled.
･ Tap Wi-Fi again to disable Wi-Fi ( ).
2 Wi-Fi Direct
･ Wi-Fi Direct settings open.
･ Only either Wi-Fi Direct or Wi-Fi can be used at any one time.
3 Tap device to connect
4 Permit connection on other device
･ Devices are connected.
5 Transfer data from other device
･ Data is received.
Sending data
1 Set the application to send by Wi-Fi Direct → Tap other device receiving data
･ Files can be shared without pairing the other device if it is on the same network and
has Wi-Fi Direct enabled.
Ending Wi-Fi Direct connection
1 In Wi-Fi Direct settings, Tap connected device → OK
