Recommended installation positions
Total required cabinet space = 3 U + 2 U + 2 U x (Number of 2 U disk enclosures) + 4 U x (Number of 4 U disk
enclosures)
For example, if the OceanStor 5600 V3 is equipped with two 2 U disk enclosures and three 4 U disk enclosures, the
space required by a cabinet is calculated as follows:
21 U = 3 U + 2 U + 2 U x 2 + 4 U x 3
Note: The height of the storage system is measured by the unit of U. 1 U equals 44.45 mm (1.75 inches).
