Step 8 Wait about thirty minutes (a maximum of sixty minutes) and check the status of the Power
and Alarm indicators on the controller to determine whether the controller is successfully
installed, as shown in Figure 5-43.
l If the Power indicator is steady on and the Alarm indicator is off, the controller is
successfully installed.
l If the Power indicator is off or the Alarm indicator is steady on, the newly installed
controller is faulty, the controller slot is faulty, or the controller is incorrectly installed.
