Step 3 Select a remote device. In the lower FC Link or iSCSI Link tab, select the link whose
advanced information you want to modify and click Properties.
The Properties of Link dialog box is displayed.
NOTE
You can also go to the Properties of Link dialog box by right-clicking the LUN copy and choosing
Properties.
Step 4 Modify advanced properties of the remote link.
1. Click Advanced.
2. Select Set bandwidth and set advanced properties for the remote link.
Table 8-6 describes the parameters.

Step 5 Confirm the modification of the advanced properties of the remote link.
1. Click OK.
The security alert dialog box is displayed.
2. Confirm the information in the dialog box and select I have read and understand the
consequences associated with performing this operation..
3. Click OK.
The Execution Result message box is displayed, indicating that the operation
succeeded.
4. Click Close.

8.4 Deleting a Remote Link
This operation enables you to remove unwanted links between a local storage device and a
remote storage device.
Prerequisites
There is a remote storage device that has more than one link.
Procedure
Step 1 Log in to DeviceManager.
Step 2 Choose Data Protection > Remote Device.
