Basic Operations
• The following actions may cause
malfunction or damage.
- Hitting or subjecting to strong impact
- Scratching or poking with pointed item
- Scratching with ngernail, strap metal,
etc.
- Scratching with mud, or muddying
surface
- Placing sticker on surface or letting
surface get ink on it
• If the ngerprint scanner is soiled with
dust or skin oil or wet with sweat or
condensation, etc., read of ngerprint may
be dicult or authentication performance
may degrade. Occasionally clean the
surface of the ngerprint scanner.
• If registration or authentication of
ngerprint fails frequently, clean the
surface of the ngerprint scanner. The
problem may be improved.
