• The following actions may cause
malfunction or damage.
- Hitting or subjecting to strong impact
- Scratching or poking with pointed item
- Scratching with ngernail, strap metal,
etc.
- Scratching with mud, or muddying
surface
- Placing sticker on surface or letting
surface get ink on it
• If the ngerprint scanner is soiled with
dust or skin oil or wet with sweat or
condensation, etc., read of ngerprint may
be di󱐰cult or authentication performance
may degrade. Occasionally clean the
surface of the ngerprint scanner.
• If registration or authentication of
ngerprint fails frequently, clean the
surface of the ngerprint scanner. The
problem may be improved.
