The shortcut switches can be dragged up and down. Switches that are not used frequently are
hidden underneath.

You may have enabled Touchplus. Please go to Settings > All > Smart assistance >
Touchplus and turn off Touchplus.
Please do not enable Touchplus if your phone doesn't have a Touchplus film.

TalkBack is an accessibility service that helps blind and vision-impaired users. When you
enable the touch exploration feature, you can touch an item on the screen to select it, then
double-touch anywhere on the screen to activate the focused item. For example, to open
Settings, first select Settings, then double-touch anywhere on the screen to open.
To enable TalkBack, go to Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack and turn on TalkBack.
