Step 2 Select Administrator Password and press Enter. Set an administrator password.
● The administrator password must be a string of 8 to 16 characters, and must contain
special characters (including spaces), uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and digits.
● The default BIOS password is Huawei12#$ for the American keyboard, Huqzei&é34 for
the French keyboard, and Huawei12£$ for the English keyboard.
● When entering the BIOS password on the remote virtual console:
– If the keyboard type
congured in the OS is the same as the actual keyboard type,
enter the password by using the actual keyboard.
– If the keyboard type
congured in the OS is dierent from the actual keyboard
type, enter the password by using the keyboard congured in the OS.
Step 3 (Optional) After the setting, select Clear Administrator Password to clear the
password.

Set the Server Boot Priority
Step 1 Select Boot.
The Boot screen is displayed. Set the server boot priority as required.
Figure 7-25 shows the default boot options, which are displayed under FIXED BOOT
ORDER Priorities.
