You can view downloaded emails offline.
1.15 How do I synchronize my contacts and calendar
events?
An Exchange account is used as an example.
Step 1 Log in to your Exchange account:
Touch Email > Exchange. Obtain the email box server's configuration requirements from
your email service provider's website, and log in to your Exchange account.
Step 2 Touch Settings > All > Account, touch your Exchange account, and select the data you want
to synchronize. Then touch > Sync now to synchronize the selected content to your
phone.
NOTE
If the synchronization fails, check that your phone's data service is turned on and that the account server
supports contact synchronization.

If you are using the phone indoors, bring the phone to an outdoor area.
If you are using your phone outdoors, make sure you are not in a built-up area because high
buildings block the satellite signals.
