The base unit that connects to the footrest platform.
Loosen the base knobs counter-clockwise before adjusting.
Lift the base frame upward to the desired position.
Tighten the base knobs clockwise to secure the adjusted position.
Use feet to push the foot rest downward into the final desired position.
