Function Description
The HUPEJOS-V80 is a 360° dash cam that records video from multiple angles, including front, rear, left, and right cameras. It features voice command functionality, allowing users to control various aspects of the camera hands-free. The device includes a main interface with options for Dash Cam (driving recorder mode), Playback (video or picture mode), Voice Control settings, and System settings.
Key functions include:
- Voice Command: Users can issue commands such as "Turn On Screen," "Lock the Video," "Turn Off Screen," "Take Photo," "Video Start," "Video Stop," "Show Front Camera," "Show Rear Camera," "Show Both Camera," "Turn On Audio," "Turn Off Audio," "Turn On WiFi," and "Turn Off WiFi." These commands are English-only.
- Recording Modes: Supports normal recording, parking mode, and emergency recording.
- Video Playback: Allows users to preview recorded video and picture files, switch between different camera views, and navigate through files.
- Dashboard Display: When GPS positioning is successful, it displays real-time vehicle speed and driving direction. It provides driving safety tips, turning the speed font red if exceeding 50mph or 80km/h.
- GPS Functionality: Indicates GPS status (located or not located) and updates regional time automatically.

Usage Features
- Installation: Ensure all accessories are correct and complete. Format the microSD card before use. Do not insert or remove the microSD card or rear camera while the dash cam is powered on. The dash cam automatically turns on when the car key is plugged in.
- Button Operations:
- Menu Button: Short press to enter the menu (when recording is stopped). Long press to switch between recording and playback modes.
- Power Button: Short press to power on. Long press (2 seconds) to power off. Short press to switch screens in power-on state. Short press in playback mode to return to video recording mode.
- Up Button: Short press to lock video (recording mode). Long press to switch recording function (recording mode). Short press for upturn function (menu/playback mode).
- Down Button: Short press to switch front, rear, left, and right camera images (video recording mode). Long press to take pictures (video recording mode). Short press to turn down function (menu/playback mode).
- OK Button: Short press to start/stop recording (video recording mode). Long press to turn on/off Wi-Fi (video recording mode). Short press to confirm effect (menu/playback mode).
- Memory Card: Use U3 high-speed cards (8GB-256GB). Format the card on the dash cam upon first insertion. Avoid removing the TF card while recording to prevent file damage.
- Temperature Protection: The device will automatically turn off Wi-Fi and the device itself in case of abnormally high temperatures.
- Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is turned off by default when the device is powered on. It needs to be manually turned on via the OK button (long press) or settings.
Maintenance Features
- Regular Checks: Examine, check, and verify the dash cam and memory card at least every 6 months to ensure proper video reception and recording. Verify the unit, visible lights, and audible sounds are working normally before each use.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, moist cloth to clean the lens surface to avoid compromising video quality.
- Avoid Damage:
- Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself. Contact the seller for assistance with accessories.
- Avoid exposing the product to rain, moisture, or water.
- Do not operate or install the camera while driving.
- Avoid extended exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
- Warranty: The HUPEJOS Dash Cam comes with a 12-month warranty, extendable to 18 months.
- Memory Card Longevity: Memory cards can degrade over time due to repeated overwriting, potentially affecting their ability to save files.
- Formatting Prompts: The device may prompt for formatting on the 1st and 15th of every month. This is a prompt and does not require immediate action if the user prefers not to format.
