SYMPTOM/DESCRIPTION
It has come to our attention that the Pulse transformer (400VAC =>24VDC) can vibrate loose from
its two mounting brackets (fixed by four torx screws) and thereby cause machine downtime.
Typical symptoms:
• Blown fuses, incoming power (400VAC shortage).
• Blown fuses, F1 fuse rack inside electrical cabinet (400VAC).
• Machine stops suddenly during work, (24VDC shortage).
